Review the site, not the campground

“Great park, friendly staff” is already on every other site. What is missing everywhere else: was this pad level, how close was the neighbour, did a 34-footer fit, was there shade at 3pm, could you hear the highway at night.

Say what rig you were in

Length matters more than anything. “Tight for a 32 ft fifth wheel” tells someone in a 24 ft trailer they are fine and someone in a 40 ft diesel pusher to look elsewhere.

Photograph the pad, not the sunset

The most useful photos are the least scenic: the pad from the road, the hookup side, the back-in approach, and the gap to the next site.

Be fair, be specific, be honest

Criticism is welcome when it is about the site: noise, slope, low branches, soft ground. Not welcome: abuse aimed at staff or other campers, personal information, advertising, or anything you did not experience yourself.

Reviews that cross that line get removed. Anyone can report a review from the apps, and we act on reports within 24 hours. If a review of yours was removed and you think that was wrong, email info@jarda.ai.
